We rented the Big Spectacular house and the Banana Wind for the entire month of May! The houses were both amazing and all of our guest were more then pleased. There is a beautiful private beach right at your back door with excellent snorkeling. The view is absolutely stunning especially watching the sunset. The big house is perfect for large groups and family because there is plenty of room so everyone has their privacy yet has very large comfortable common areas like the living room, kitchen and deck so to enjoy everyone's company. The Banana Wind is perfect for a couple or a small group of people. It is perfectly located right on the beach and is walking distance from the big house. The caretaker of the house, is phenomenal! He is always a phone call away. If you don't feel like cooking, there is an amazing chef that is available. All the houses are very clean and maintained very well. Cat island is a must see destination and any one of Bannister Peachtree homes are perfect and can accommodate big or small groups. I would highly recommend this property! This is our second year there and we are all looking forward to next year!
