Oceanfront Dr. is perfectly located for the best family and friends vacation on the Newport Beach peninsula. This oceanfront 6bd 4ba home sleeps 14 and is located on the 32nd block of the boardwalk with breathtaking views from both stories! The first floor has an open floor plan with the kitchen and dining area connected to a large comfortable living room that's big enough for the whole family. The living room opens to a spacious patio just steps from the water, that's perfect for chilling out, watching people cruise by on the boardwalk and BBQing while taking in the sunset. On the second floor, the master bedroom and another bedroom open to a balcony with sweeping views up and down the coast. This beach house is as close to the ocean as any beach house in West Newport. The beach house has a 2 car garage and extra parking spot outside, which comes in real handy in Newport where parking is limited.
