House, 6 Bedrooms, 5.5 Baths, (Sleeps 16-18)

New House in Seagrove Beach in a small Eastern Lake road subdivision south of 30-A, across the street from the beach, with porch views of emerald waves rolling onto the sand. This 4 Story home has hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, free wi-fi and large flat screen HD TV's in every bedroom and both dens, along with a library of DVD's to choose from. Water everywhere! All bedrooms on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors have a view of the Gulf of Mexico, Eastern Lake or the community pool. 1st floor has a 4 car garage and a private ' in-law suite' with master king bedroom, desk with printer and private bath. Elevator takes you to the 2nd and 3rd fl. 2nd level has a den with half bath, large porch, 2 queen bedrooms with one full bath and master king bedroom with full private bath. The 3rd floor is the main level with a chef's kitchen, laundry room, full hall bathroom, living and dining area, large porch and a master king bedroom with private bath. 2nd and 3rd floor master king bedrooms open to the porches facing the gulf. The 4th floor has sweeping views of the gulf of Mexico and a large dorm room with 3 twin beds/3 twin trundles, two seating areas, built in cubbies and window seat, games and a custom media center with PS3. The multiple floors and dens make this home perfect for one family or comfortable large family gatherings. community pool just steps from the door and plenty of parking available in the front and the back. Restaurants, shopping and water activites within walking distance and beyond that via a 13 mile bike path that runs all along Hwy 30A. We grew up vacationing in Seagrove and fell in love with the area. Now we are sharing our favorite beach with our kids, friends and family. We hope you will love Blue Moon and The Beaches of South Walton as much as we do.

Great House for people of all ages

We take a beach vacation every year with friends and family. We LOVE Blue Moon! It is a great house in a really cool area. There is a lot to do for people of all ages. My parents and grandparents like going out to dinner and/or shopping close by - they are usually pretty laid back. The younger folks like that there is plenty to do close by (beach, YOLO boarding, bike riding, movies, shopping, go carts, clubs, etc).

We first stayed at Blue Moon in 2010 and have been back every year since. We have already booked our vacation there for 2013.

What an awesome home in an awesome location! October was a perfect time to visit the Blue Moon with unbelievable weather. The house is exactly as you see in the photos...spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. It has everything you could possibly want or need...with all the amenities of home including lots of good towels, HD TV's in all rooms and wireless internet. The balconies are spacious, as well as every room and bathroom with plenty of closet and drawer space. This is one home you do not have to question when renting...any surprises here are positive ones! Great beach location which we enjoyed every day. Can't wait to visit again!

Perfect house

My family just visited Blue Moon for a week and we all had a great time. The owners thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and easy. The kitchen was fully equipped...more than any house we've stayed in over our 10 years worth of renting on 30A. The elevator was so nice for the older people in our group. The bedding was simple, elegant and comfortable. We loved having two family room areas (2nd and 3rd floor) The 4th floor twin beds with trundles was so cool! The chairs on the 3rd floor balcony were great. Unfortunately, the property across the street is vacant and not pretty to look at but didn't really affect our stay or our vote for Blue Moon as our best rental yet.

I have been going to this area since I was a kid. Loved taking my 3 children there for the first time this year. There are so many family friendly/kid friendly things to do in this area. Blue Moon was perfect for us with lots of room to spread out and so close to the pool or the ocean. LOVE IT!!

Fun for all

We stayed at Blue Moon for 2wks for my parent's 50th Anniversary. We had a great time. The house is perfect for large family gatherings. The bunk room was perfect for the kids and teens. The elevator made it easy for my parents. The beach was perfect and there was a lot for everyone to do - ride bikes, shop, eat out, stay in or hang at the pool.

We loved Blue Moon and are looking forward to going again next year.
