Our vacation rental home is a fusion of Florida style living and Caribbean design, creating an ideal contemporary “Floribbean” villa in the Casa Marina district of Key West. A short walk or bike ride to all Key West has to offer. Duval Street shopping, dining and nightlife or stroll to the beach and the dog park. The location is perfect to relax & stay awhile!

Beautifully furnished in an eclectic blend of Tommy Bahama motif, including many original Key West photos and special touches. An expansive open great room and kitchen area with dramatic vaulted ceilings flow seamless through six French doors to the outside living & dining areas. The covered veranda is adjacent to the large private heated pool. A perfect entertaining home! You can live indoors and out! This homes offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath. Perfect for three couples or a family. Sleeps six.

About Lynda

My husband and I grew up in Philadelphia, Pa. and met in Margate New Jersey in a great local watering hole called 'Maloney's'. We discovered Key West in 1995, and it was love at first sight! We've been back every year since and still find new things we didn't know existed before!! Our dream came true when we bought our vacation home in late 2005 just following hurricane Wilma. The Brass Palm Villa has come a long way since then, much thanks to my Mom and Dad for all their help and hard work. We've rented many homes prior to owning, and truly believe it's very important that we create a vacation home that feels like home. We enjoy adding special touches every year and little details that we have come to love about Key West living. We hope you enjoy every moment!

Key West is extraordinary! Whether you have been here for a few hours during a cruise or a long vacation. 'It's a magical kind of medicine.. (J.Buffett). Why Casa Marina section? The first home we rented was in the Casa Marina section of Key West. We loved every inch of that house and dreamed about owning our own one day. Ironically, 10 years later we bought the house right around the corner. Casa Marina is an exquisite neighborhood. Many year round residents, well maintained properties and beautiful palm trees everywhere.

Key West living is what it's all about. And at Brass Palm Villa you can't help but kick back and enjoy 'living' in paradise! Morning bikes rides to breakfast at Blue Heaven or Pepe's. Best Family Vacation We Ever Had

This review is long over due. We were looking to make plans for 2011 and my wife reminded me that we never submitted our review. The home was lovely and the area was very nice. My wife, Mother and daughter spent a very relaxing time during the month of July. The owner (Lynda) was very accommodating and the gentleman who managed the property was a tremendous help to us. We were very impressed with the amenities, but most of all the wonderful pool and outside entertaining area. This was easily the best and most relaxing vacation we have ever had as a family. It was very hard for us to leave. I would highly recommend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Amazing Experience Each and Every Time!!

I have stayed at the Brass Palm Villa several times and I would never stay anywhere else on the island. It is decorated beautifully and exceptionally well maintained. There are many places to relax inside and outside the home. I especially enjoy the outside dining area. If you are looking to rent I would highly recomend the Brass Palm Villa!
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway

True paradise living!!!

I've stayed in many homes in Key West, but this one is by far the most wonderful! It is close to everything... beach, Duval Street, nightlife, shopping, you name it! This is the fifth season for our family (dog included) at the Brass Palm Villa and each time we stay here we are never disappointed. The home is immaculate, decorated beautifully and with such attention to every detail. Thank you for making this the best vacation we could ever had! See you next year!!
