I summered as a child in Ogunquit and still love the area. I have lived in NYC for many years and still make the trek back to Maine to enjoy the seacoast area. My favorite part of this house is the roof terrace in the early morning with a hot cup of Costa Rican Coffee (CR is another favorite spot of mine).
Location, Location, Location ...
I enjoy sunrise on the roof deck, walks to the private rocky beach and the Ogunquit Art Museum events. I love Mountain biking on the nearby Mount Agamenticus Trails and visiting the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve. On a rainy day I enjoy visiting the historic house museums in York, Berwick and Portsmouth. At sundown I have also been spotted bowling at York Beach and eating at Blue Sky. York and Ogunquit also have great public libraries that I take advantage of. For lobster I do takeout at the Beach Plum Farm on Route 1 North in Ogunquit. Bring the lobsters back to the house already boiled and eat them out on the deck at sunset. Delicious.
