This Brand New Contemporary Home sits 10 Steps from Paia White Sandy Beach and the Heart of Paia Town where you will find Various Restaurants, Health Food Stores, Yoga Studios, Boutiques, Spas, etc.

Spacious and comfortable 2000 sq ft home with ocean and mountain views from every room and over 500sq ft of covered outdoor areas, is the perfect setting for family vacation or couples retreats as each bedroom suite is in its own floor level. The covered outdoor dinning(8), lounge area and outside showers over looks to the ocean. The property is surrounded by landscaping that includes a variety of tropical plants and aromatic flowers with a wooden fence and automatic gate.

Top of the line Cal King mattresses & linens, individual AC & ceiling fans to every room, bamboo floors, granite and marble counter tops, double glazed windows, large fridge with filtered water, dishwasher, etc.

Green living on Maui: When designing the layout and choosing the materials to our beach home I wanted to cause the less impact on the island, planet and you, that is why I chose solar water heaters, bamboo floors and cork subfloors, double glazed & tinted windows, Insulated double walls & floors, tech shield roofs, stucco exterior, water efficient fixtures and energy efficient & silent appliances. The house has been built by Hawaiian artisans & builders and it's location will make you wonder if you even needed a car. We look forward to have you as our guest.

Just steps to everywhere in Paia, you get to experience the best of both worlds, go for walk along the beach, swim, surf or SUP right in front of the house or go to a Yoga Class, get a Massage or inmerse yourself in a fun social time at the Cafes, Bars, Restaurants of all types including Pizza, Mexican, Fish Market, Mediterranean, Vietnamese, Grill, etc & a real Ice Cream Shop in town. Paia is also a little shopping paradise, where you can find local and exclusive designs for the whole family, from Boutiques to Surf Stores, Art Galleries and last but not least Mana Foods!! our favorite health food store & deli, all within less than a minute walk.

Other Activities: Swimming, Surfing, SUP, Wind & Kitesurfing, Yoga, Cycling, etc.

Golf: Maui Country Club is less than a mile from the house.

Maui Get Away

We stayed at this home for a week from 11/15-11/21/12 for my daughter's wedding in Haiku. The wedding venue was just 5 miles away from Paia. It was a great idea to stay in Paia because of its proximity to the beach since we have grandkids, ages 8 and 12.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. It has 3 great bedrooms and a loft, 3 bathrooms and the kitchen is just perfect for party of 7. This place is immaculately clean! Our grandkids enjoyed going up the loft. Bathroom, kitchen and beach towels were nicely provided. The kitchen has all the items a family would need. It has a washer and dryer too which made it easier for us to wash wet clothes after a day on the beach. It's location is in the heart of Paia town so it was really accessible to every little thing that we needed. Everything was walking distance. There are restaurants in the area and there are so many quaint little stores and boutiques. It is also very close to OGG, Costco, K-Mart and not too far from the Mall.

If you wish to go to Kihei or Wailea, it is a good 20-25 minutes drive. The only drawback I could think of is it is not handicapped friendly because of the staircase. Otherwise, it's a good exercise going up and down!

Overall, we have a very pleasant stay and we all had a great time!!! I highly recommend this house to eveybody.





The beach is just steps away and it was a bit windy when we were there.

Fantastic house with direct beach access

My wife and I visited this house while staying at the Paia Inn. Francisco (owner) was kind enough to meet us and show us the house. It is exactly as described. It is better in person than the pictures show and we plan on staying here in the future. Our kids will love the loft overlooking the kitchen. Each bedroom is seperate so if you want privacy, you'll have it. The near-private beach is also fantastic. It's the same beach shared with the Paia Inn. The house is *right* in town so you will have access to all the local restaurants and shops. The house is modern, clean, quiet and very nice.

Amazing home, owner and location!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay in Paia. The house was perfect for our almost eight year old twins as well as our needs. It is a well-appointed and clean home. There is nothing you could want for. We highly recommend this to anyone.

The location was fantastic. The town of Paia was perfect for our tastes and we felt among friends. The beach access provided an exceptional playground for our family...frolicking in the waves on the shore for the kids and boogie boarding for the adults (we need to learn how to surf!). Mana Foods was a real treat for this gluten free girl. While cooking at the house was a delight, we found several gluten free restaurants in Paia and in Maui that provided wonderful fare.

Of course all of this trip was made all the more easy with the exceptional hospitality and graciousness of Francisco. We were lucky to meet his mom and her husband; both are gems. The whole experience was the best we have had in all of our travels. We can't thank him enough and we look forward to a return trip soon! We promise to keep better track of our dates in the future :-).
