Two 2000sf homes comfortably sleep 21 (total 6 br, 4.5 ba), with 150' waterfront

Together, these Texas hill-country lake homes offer everything you could want for a large get-together of family and friends. Located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Oak Ridge, and surrounded by three 18-hole semi-private Horseshoe Bay Resort golf courses, the 150' of secluded & calm canal shoreline make for easy docking of your watercraft, just a few hundred feet from the fun of open water. The beautiful oak-shaded lawn invites you to relax on the hammock or bench swing. Views from multiple deck levels, patios, and docks include open water, canal, and LCRA preservation land just across the canal. Binoculars are provided for spotting wildlife, including birds, ducks, deer, turtles, raccoons, roadrunners, and even fox. Rainy days aren't a problem, with a game room sporting 14' bar, flat screen TV, video games, table games, boardgames, and sitting area. Off the lake, enjoy nearby hill-country attractions, including wineries, golf, and antiquing.

Rustic? Yes;. Lacking Luxury? Absolutely Not: Both properties have been updated inside and out. The resort community of Horseshoe Bay is located on the southern-most shores of beautiful constant-level Lake LBJ, deep in the heart of rustic central Texas hill country. The immediate area offers all the trappings of a lake resort community, including several highly-acclaimed golf courses. The small towns of the Texas Hill Country are known for their charming wineries, berry and peach farms, antique shops, German bakeries, beer gardens, and Texas BBQ joints. In the spring, the hill country landscape is blanketed in wildflowers. In the summer and fall, the towns have their local art & music festivals, chili cook-offs, and of course the annual dragboat race in downtown Marble Falls.

Perfect Getaway, BBQ Blast, Lots of Extras

We just love it here at the lake house and are impressed with all the rooms and beds to accommodate our large group of family and friends. Appreciate all the extra's (towels, cleaning products, pots & pans, even a blender) that we have available for our use. We had a backyard BBQ and has a blast!!! Thanks for your accommodations and the perfect getaway.

Peaceful. Afternoon shaded waterfront.
