Jane is a artist and studies cultural mythologies, in addition facilitates Mandala workshops to help others gain insight into their lives and help cancer patients heal emotions through mindful meditation and art. Bob was a systems analyst, nature photography, and after retirement volunteers as a chemical dependency counselor in a prison. We both love Hawaiian people, their culture, and the natural beauty of Hawaii.
We chose to purchase the Kona Hawaiian Resort because of it's serene and beautiful location, beach access, to it's proximity to the town of Kona, it's activities, restaurants, and shops. The resort staff is like family, grounds of the resort are well cared for as well as the pools and Jacuzzi areas. This is truly a paradise.
We love the fact that all units are situated back from the road which provides not only spectacular ocean views from nearly every unit, and the pleasant trade winds through out. We also like that it's within walking distance to the pools, Jacuzzi, and exercise room; but far away enough that you'll never disturbed by loud people at the pools. House cleaning is once a week to provide the utmost privacy. The units are tastefully decorated, and have everything you need to enjoy a vacation, without being cluttered in any way.
