Escape to paradise to this private and charming home in Woodland Valley overlooking a rushing year round stream and surrounded by state land. Leave your busy life behind and get away from it all here but be close to Phoenicia (Sweet Sue's pancakes, Brios pizza, numerous shops) and skiing, hikiing, tubing, fishing, etc.

Guests have option to rent one or two bedrooms. House is a new construction with antique and contemporary furnishings and details, including antique barn beams and wood paneling paired with contemporary designer appliances and light filling skylights throughout the house.

Upstairs is the other bedroom, same size, 14' x 17', and the den, which is about 8 x 10- with a large flat screen tv (satellite) and sofa plus a view of the stream and forest. Upstairs bath has toilet and large tiled shower. All upstairs rooms have multiple skylights. Stone floors throughout with antique wood paneling throughout, antique fixtures mixed with modern designer appliances and fixtures.
