We recently completed over $50,000 in renovations. Most recently, we tiled the Ocean View Lanai 'wall to wall' (completed mid June 2012) to enhance outdoor living space. Renovation features include porcelain tile flooring throughout and a high end kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful, eco-friendly lyptus wood cabinets. Inside J115, the airy, unobstructed kitchen opens to a spacious dining and living area. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The view from the kitchen will make after meal clean-up time a true delight.
The roomy front lanai beckons you to enjoy Maui's indoor-outdoor lifestyle. It is hard to top outside dining on the lanai. The sunset views can't be beat.
J115 has two flat panel televisions - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Free WiFi is also provided. There is a DVD player and CD stereo in the living room, too. Adjacent to the living room, the second bathroom provides a stand-up shower.
When it is time to retire for the evening, you will appreciate a new, very comfortable king size bed and just updated 100% organic cotton bedding. You'll enjoy having your own private master bathroom with dual vanities and brand new deluxe towels. If you are traveling with kids or another couple, the queen pillow top sleeper sofa will offer a comfortable night's rest. If you have very young children, they will stay safe in the two Pack 'n Plays (portable cribs) and/or an inflatable crib mattress with linens. Our provided high chair and booster seat will make feeding time much more enjoyable. If you have a couple of kids who would prefer to sleep separately, an inflatable Twin size Aerobed is also available.
There are two air conditioners and ceiling fans should you decide you want full control over the temperature.
You will also find a few other nice amenities like a digital safe in the master bedroom closet, a new full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, new full-sized front load washer and stacked dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, and hair dryers.
The lush, tropical grounds at Maui Kamaole welcome you to your home away from home. A one minute walk from the condo will take you to the Maui shaped upper pool. This features a waterfall and spa tub. The lower pool is only a few minute walk and also touts a spa tub. Other amenities include tennis courts and Weber Genesis barbecue grills.
Maui Kamaole is nestled in the southern most part of Kihei, just a stone's throw away from Wailea. You get the best of both worlds here - exceptional Kihei beaches, parks, activities, shops, dining, and value with Wailea's gourmet restaurants, championship golf courses, and world-class shopping just around the corner.
Arguably the best beach in Kihei, Kamaole Beach Park III is a leisurely ten minute stroll away. This area has lots of green space for picnics and Frisbee, and shaded swings for the kids. The inviting beach lures snorkelers, sand castle builders, and boogie boarders - all under the watchful eyes of Maui's finest lifeguards.
