Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Our Condo, which is over 1400 square feet, is directly on the Gulf of Mexico with Private access to the Beach, Lounge Chair available along with various Beach Activities and magnificent Sunsets. The beach speaks for itself, situated next to the elegant Ritz Carlton, it is almost as wide as it is long. Romantic walks along the beach available 24/7.

Lido Beach Club has the warmth of home. The terrace is exceptionally large at 30 feet long. The morning Sun drenches the terrace, begin your day in the Sun as you roll out of bed, coffee in hand, into a comfortable lounge chair. The Condo itself has an extremely comfortable layout which sleeps 6 with Gulf Views from every room. The bedrooms are large with equally large private full bathrooms, 2 Queens size beds in the guest room and a King Bed in the Master Suite. The Living room has a 50 inch flat screen TV stocked with DVD, Stereo with IPOD compatibility.

The Condo is walking distance to the world known St. Armands Circle. Outstanding shopping and dining throughout the Circle. Some of the best restaurants in Sarasota are on the Circle. Sarasota is known for it's Cultural Attractions such as well-know plays in local Theaters with the famed Ringling Museum at your disposal. The Van Wezel Auditorium in Sarasota has Headline Comedians and Singers performing regularly. The are Golf Courses and Tennis available for all with miles and miles of Bike trails with great scenery.

Simply put Sarasota is a wonderful Vacation Resort City with interest for all ages.

About The Owner

My name is Linda and my husband's name is Joe. We live in Long Island, NY and have 3 children. We have loved and enjoyed the area for 10 years. I am in the Medical Field and Joe owns is own Business, we spend as much time in Sarasota as possible. We think you will fall in love with Sarasota as we have.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2005
Why The Owner chose Lido Key

We choose the Sarasota area because it has all the entertainment you need as well as a feel of calmness and tranquility. It was imperative to be directly on the Beach and Gulf and we felt that most people would enjoy the same.

What makes this condo unique

The condo has direct morning Sun off the Master Bedroom. The unique experience is getting up every morning have breakfast, read a good book or the newspaper as we take the early morning Sun. After that take a walk on the Beach before 10am. Great way to start the day.
