The Greatest Rental

Our stay was outstanding and the location was the best. The Owner and her family took very good care of us and left good info on travel. The Metro rail was within walking distance, food stores and the best nieghbor diner"Latin American". This rental has spoild it for any other searches we have found out Home Away from HOME! But the kicker is the price and OUTSTANDING OWNER, she the BEST! The nieghborhood is great!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Good location and good price

The property is in a good location- close to downtown, but in a neighborhood so it does not have hotel feel. Good parking, size of space and clean and definitely close to Metrorail- within easy walking distance. Nothing fancy and there were some electrical issues where the breakers had to be flipped when rooms lost power- most likely due to having all airconditioners in the bedrooms and living areas on at once- nothing major- just something that had to be addressed when it happened. I would stay again when we need reasonable accommodation/pricing with good location.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
