Wildlife abounds on and around the property. Nearby secluded beaches and mountain streams await your exploration. The property consists of two fully furnished villas joined by a wrap-around balcony with 360 degree views of the Pacific Ocean and the rainforest jungle surrounding the property.
The two villas combined have four bedrooms and four full baths. The Villa is ideal for two families or a large group to share. The kitchens and residences are fully stocked for service for ten adults with linens and pool towels. There is an observation bar on the balcony for bird and wildlife viewing. The beautiful tile pool with soaking steps and the outdoor shower have views of the surrounding jungle and ocean.
Private gate and caretaker’s quarters (Spanish speaking only) are on the property and provide privacy and security. Observe the Balena Marine National Park with its ”Whales Tail” natural reef and the abundant wildlife from the privacy of the balcony or pool. The property is located in the jungle mountains bordering the Oro Verde protected nature preserve which is adjacent to the Rancho La Merced National Wildlife Refuge.
