Keauhou Punahele -In the resort area of Keauhou in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Enjoy the spacious lanai while surrounded by palm trees and beautifully manicured tropical landscaping. Located on the 8th Fairway of the world class Kona Country Club Ocean Course. you will delight in the open and spacious (1200 sq ft) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom tropically decorated unit.

This well appointed cheerful condominium overlooks the lush landscaping and beautiful pool. The large lanai (250 sq ft) allows comfortable outdoor dining complete with new gas BBQ grill. This complex is one of the few in the area that allows you to grill on your lanai. The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen boasts solid cherry cabinets and granite counter tops, stove/oven, built in microwave oven and dishwasher. From the kitchen you view the sizeable living room and dining area.

There is a 32' Flat Screen TV with cable television and Blu Ray DVD/CD Player for your entertainment and free WIFI high speed internet is also available for your convenience. The master suite, complete with walk in closet and queen size bed, opens on to the lanai with views of palm trees and fragrant plumerias. The large second bedroom offers options of twin beds or if pushed together, a king size bed.

On site at Keauhou Punahele there is a large pool area and hot tub. The condo is within walking distance of snorkeling, kayaking, golf, beautiful Keauhou and Kuamo’o Bays. The location offers nearby shopping, excellent restaurant dining, movie theater and grocery store in the Keauhou Shopping Village. This manicured complex is the perfect location for a diversified Hawaii vacation of relaxation and sight seeing

About The Owner

We have been coming to Big Island for over 20 years. We live in Colorado and love the mountains but love the ocean even more. We snorkel, dive, boogie board and kayak. The clear blue waters off the Big Island are perfect for all these activities. We never tire of seeing colorful fish, dolphins and whales.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2003

We love the tropical beauty and tremendous diversity of the Big Island. The Keauhou area and Kailua-Kona is a wonderful, laid-back area to spend time.

This had to be one of the most enjoyable stays we have had on the big island in 10 years. When you walk into this condo you feel like Hawaii right away. The pics, furniture etc is all Hawaiian. Right outside your lanai door is the pool and a plumeria tree. What a sight to wake up to every morning. The condo is exceptionally clean and is on 2nd floor( only 7 steps to go up), parking right outside your door. Very quite neighborhood but close to everything. Just a few minute walk to ocean. Within a matter of just a few days we felt right at home. Condo has everything you would need. Thank you to the owners for all the hard work they did so we could be comfortable and enjoy our hawaiian stay in paradise.

TREEHOUSE IN PARADISE

This second floor condo feels like a treehouse, lanai overlooking plumeria in bloom and a beautiful garden and pool. This is a light and bring condo that has everything you could need for holiday. It was very clean and well cared for. Sunsets from the lanai are beautiful. You can take a short walk, to the Sheraton for a Mai Tai and pupus for a great oceanfront view. We stayed for 6 weeks and could have stayed all winter. Mahalo to the owner and West Hawaii management for a wonderful holiday.
