Enjoy this Ultra Modern unit which is just steps from the sand. With 3 stories there is plenty of room for your entire family.

The family room, dining room and kitchen are located on the 3rd floor. Just off the kitchen is your own private balcony which you can enjoy views of the ocean from. The family room has a gas fire place for those cozy nights. The master bedroom is located on the second floor with its own private patio, bathroom and fireplace. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a common patio. With parking being at a premium at the beach, you will be relieved when you pull into the full size 2 car garage. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the garage.

The property is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Call us for our local recommendations.

Other than travelling up and down the stairs, this 3 bedroom townhome just off the boardwalk was perfect for our family vacation. The master bedroom suite on the 2nd level was spacious & had its own patio. The 3rd floor living area was great too - we especially enjoyed sitting around the patio table & grilling meals on our own BBQ. And the big garage was just what we needed for the Suburban and still had room for bikes & stroller. Nice to have our own washer & dryer there too. Plus it's located an easy stroll to all the fun at Belmont Park.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
