Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

Feel the stress melt away the moment you enter this ocean view retreat. The large family room is great for entertaining and features an ocean view.

The dining room table seats 8 and also has an ocean view. The well stocked kitchen has every modern convenience that you can imagine. The master bedroom has a queen bed with 'sunny'walls, plush quilts and vintage decor. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds (with pillow top mattresses) and is decorated in beach decor. There is an abundance of linens and towels at your disposal. Also the large couch in the family room has a double bed. There are 3 TV's, 2 DVD players, 3 VCR's and a multiple disc player with Ipod hookup. There is an extensive DVD/video library and numerous games and puzzles for your enjoyment. Relax on the balcony/deck that also faces the sea.

The location is stellar! You are one block from the main street within walking distance from restaurants, shops, putt-putt golf, video game parlor, go carts, movie theater, horseback riding and the museum. Once you stay here you will want to come back again and again!

My husband Rick and I purchased this condo with our friend Lyn Stevens in September of 2005. Long Beach has become our home away from home. We love to get away on the week-ends and head to the beach!

Why Jean Adcock chose Long Beach

We chose to buy in Long Beach because we absolutely fell in love with the town. It's not as busy as Seaside but busy enough to keep us entertained.

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy walking on the boardwalk. We love to sit on our deck watch the ocean and people watch. We love that we can walk to dinner and a movie. We definitely cannot do that at home.

Wonderful Place To Say in Long Beach

We very much enjoyed staying at this terrific Long Beach condo. Our dealings with the very responsive and helpful owner were easy and pleasant. The condo is exactly as described - plenty large enough for our family of four. While the place has an ocean view across the dunes and is just off the main path / road to the boardwalk and beach, it is also 100 strides through the alley-way to the front door of the Cottage Bakery... which is just about the greatest bakery on earth. There is no driving necessary to access the main drag in Long Beach, the beach or discovery trail. The condo is nicely decorated and has a very comfortable feel. The kitchen is well equipped without having cupboards filled with weird left behind spices and food items that often may be found in rental homes and condos. We were well pleased with our stay and hope to come back again.

My boyfriend & I just recently stayed at "Oceas Sweet" and were very impressed!! The pictures do accurately reflect the appearance of the property. The location was excellent. It was very clean, just a little improvement needed in the bathroom. Otherwise it was fully stocked with beautiful dish & glass ware, beach-themed decor. It felt comfortable & cozy. The owner; Jean was very prompt, pleasant and professional with her response when booking the unit. I would highly recommend this to others and would definately stay there again. There are alot of cute shops, eateries, and actvities nearby and walking distance to the beach.

The Best place to stay!!!!

This was the most perfect place to stay!!!We loved it i have stayed different places in Long beach and this is the best location the best accommodations we felt right at home!!! I don't think we could ever find such a well stocked house other than our own!!!! Thank You sooooo much for an awesome experience!!!! I have already recommended this to friends and we are sooo picky about how clean and nice things are and this is above all the best!!!! Looking forward to returns!!!

Great weekend at Long Beach!

My sister and I just returned from a weekend at "Ocean Sweet" condo. It was fabulous!! The unit was darling - very tastefully colorful, comfy and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. It was a short walk to the boardwalk and just one block from the main street of town. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone. We'll certainly return again.
