ELEGANT, WATERVIEW, BRAND NEW VILLA BY THE CHESAPEAKE BAY

To Rocco and Teresa,
Well, we have just crossed over Deal Island bridge and are on our way home. The rest are leaving shortly but we have a ten hour trip ahead of us! I wanted to take a minute and thank you for a lovely vacation home. It was everything we had hoped and more! We laughed, played, slept, ate...and ate some more. (The two refrigerators were so helpful.) We went to both beaches and found multitudes of shells and a fair amount of sea glass. Pink, blue, green, amber, and clear. We kayaked daily and sat outside some. The babies were delightful, and we had so much room to move around and relax. Loved the individual air conditioners. My husband and I did a bit more traveling. We went to Berlin, Assateague Island, and Ocean City. Very relaxing.

Everything was so prepared for us, the house was immaculate, rooms were perfect. The attention to detail was so evident. We will recommend it to many! Thank you again and may God bless you as your home was surely a ministry to us.

The villa itself! As lovely as the surroundings are, the house was a true pleasure to live in for a week.
The large, open kitchen and dining area that steps down to a comfy sitting area with a beautiful view (a great place to read). The living room with a stone fireplace and the great bedrooms, all with individually controlled AC. We also enjoyed the huge sun deck, had a camp fire one night in the fire pit out back, and we rounded up some friendly neighbors for a wiffle ball game on the front lawn!
The owners and caretakers were very friendly and responsive to a broken coffee maker crisis (!!). After having a problem at another property a couple years ago, I appreciated having my deposit fully refunded extremely quickly.
We recommend taking a day excursion to the beautiful beaches at Assateague Island, which is well within striking distance and very easy to get to.
