Notes: There are two living areas both with fireplaces and a large custom dining room table with views to the ocean. The home is beautifully furnished with many one of a kind pieces. The kitchen is a chefs paradise with a Thermador cooktop, subzero refrigerator, a 50 bottle wine cooler and a large island all finished with one of a kind granite from Brazil. There are flat screen TVs throughout the home and a large oversize one in the main living room for the family to enjoy. The fourth bedroom also has a beautiful desk that looks out to the pool if you would like to use it as an office.

(family from birmingham, engalnd) Beautiful family home with stunning views, everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The owners really do have a wonderful home but our only down points to note would be that the 4th bedroom is actually an office with a day bed, there are no blinds or curtains, therefore no privacy in this room. The pool wasn't heated for our stay (heating was turned off by mistake prior to our stay) and the BBQ was filthy which was a shame as the children were looking forward to a BBQ by the pool of an evening. The people who stayed before us had left all the outside rubbish bins full to capacity so we had no where to put any rubbish, as the bin collection day was nearly a week after we arrived. You need a car but there are many lovely places to visit so its worth having one, its only a 15min walk to main road where there is a lovely supermarket, Albertsons, lots of cafes, restaurants. the beach is a private beach which is a car ride away. Overall we would say that this is a stunning home to visit and we would definately stay here again.
Owner's Response: Thanks for the review. I apologized to the renter for the barbeque not being clean enough and offered a credit to compensate. Also the pool heat was turned on again, once it was called to my attention that it had been shut off by the pool man. I do my best to have happy renters and to respond to any issues.

Everything about this home is perfect and the views of Catalina Island are truly amazing!!!. The front patio is perfect for a glass of wine and watching the sunset over the ocean.. The best view of all is from the kitchen window, making staying in and cooking a true joy. If you enjoy running or walking, the Corona beach is minutes away. We loved the house so much that we only left for dinner one night. Also the heated pool was definitely an added bonus that our family enjoyed daily. Thank you for the extra amenities and supplies that were left in the home to be used as this was extremely generous. The location of the home was also easi ly accessible to many of the sights we wanted to visit (ie. Disney, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, San Diego). We have been renting homes across the United States yearly for the past ten years and this was by far the most comfortable and beautiful home we have ever experienced! Thank you for your hospitality and we hope that we will have the pleasure of staying in the home again someday soon! Thank you for an outstanding vacation!!!
