This is a truly great Lake Hamilton Property. Located in a nice, deep-water cove with great views of the lake and surrounding area. It has a very relaxing, vacation feel that your friends and family will just love. The outdoor areas include 2 spacious covered decks, for grilling and entertaining, a great lakeside patio and play area for fishing and swimming, and a nice seawall all along the 100 feet of lakefront property. Great lake views can be seen from most rooms, beginning with the main level entry. The open floor plan lends itself to family entertaining, or just relaxing and watching the kids play. The hardwood floors in the entry, kitchen and living areas add to the warm and relaxing atmosphere. Go down stairs to the lake level and you will find another small kitchen, very open living area and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and full bath. Both upper and lower living areas open onto covered decks where you can lounge even on the occasional rainy day. This house looks and feels brand new and beckons you in after a hard day of play on the lake.

My wife and I love to spend time at this house. Unfortunately we can't spend a lot time there. We hope you will enjoy the house, the view, the beautiful mornings as the fog covers the water. Very peaceful and a great place to stay.
We have teenagers an our friends have teenagers, so we love to send the kids downstairs while the adults stay upstairs. The kids have a television, fridge, couch and easy access to the lake. The adults can sit on the porch and keep an eye on the kids in the water without getting to close.
We are off the beaten path about 20 minutes from Walmart and Kroger. So get groceries before you get here. Or better yet plan to spend some time walking around Bath House Row and take in the History of Hot Springs.
