This house is certainly one of a kind. With features like a private pool, great gulf views from inside and outside the house, over 2400 sq. ft. of heated and cooled living area, wifi, and one large open floor with kitchen, living, and dining, this house is absolutely perfect for your getaway.

The house is elevated 4 feet off the ground and is 2 stories. The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is 1 king bed, 2 queens, and a twin over full bunk bed arrangement. Each bedroom room has a 32 inch flat screen TV and the bunk room has a 23 inch as well. Off the front 2 bedrooms there is a 320 sq. ft. privacy deck. The second floor is one large open room that has teak wood floors and a boxed trayed ceiling with stained tongue and groove pine. There is also blue led accent lighting in the ceiling.

Notes: The kitchen is full of custom tile work along with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and custom cabinets with accent lighting. There is an elevated bar that sits 4 in bar stools. In the living room we have an oversize sectional sofa along with another full size couch with queen pullout. There is a 52 inch flat screen with DVD player as well. The dining area sits 8 comfortably at the table. Out front is another privacy deck with exceptional views of the gulf and sunsets along with a natural gas grill. Outside in the back yard is the private heated swimming pool. It is 3.5 ft – 5 ft. deep. There is plenty of pool furniture for your group as well. In the pool area we also have an outdoor shower. This house is sure to fit your needs and help you get the most out of your vacation.

My family enjoyed their vacation this year more than any in the past. The home earns its name Blue Horizon with the pristine heated pool and view of the gulf. Only steps to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants.If you are looking for a vacation at the beach, be sure and check out this house
