This Luxury Tuscan Accessory Guest Unit is located in the heart of Encinitas. Attached to a multimillion dollar home: this unit has a lot of charm, it is well decorated, very comfortable, and has its own private entry. Relax in the Jacuzzi Bathtub after a great day at Moonlight Beach. There are 10 ft. high ceilings, beautiful granite counter tops, rustic knotty alder wood cabinets, and travertine stone tiles throughout. A small private tropical patio will allow you to enjoy nice BBQs. The Guest Unit is only a few blocks to Moonlight Beach, and around the corner from Downtown Encinitas' Restaurant Row and boutiques. A brand new Whole Foods Market is opening 6/29/11 a few blocks away in the recently developed Pacific Station Shopping Complex. Also, a short drive to Legoland, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo.

My stay in mid-October

First I want to thank the owners for their gracious hopitality and helpfulness for a total stranger. I truly enjoyed the closeness to the beach, nice restaurtant and excellent coffee places. It is close to the Coaster Train, so getting up and down the coast is very useful, especially going to various beach communities and San Diego. It was private, quiet and truly a wonderful place to relax.

In conclusion, if you find the time and want to stay in a great place, this is one, and I will not hestiate to stay again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

We would highly recommend this guest house and look forward to going back ourselves! We enjoyed the quiet, tucked-away feeling of the guest house (it sits behind the main house and you enter from a separate entrance along the side of the home). Yet it was seconds away from great dining options and just minutes away from the beach. We appreciated that there were plenty of windows to keep fresh air coming in. We would recommend going to the Sunday morning farmers market at the elementary school to buy fresh flowers (they lasted all week!) and great fruits and veggies. We can't wait to go back! Thanks Joe

My husband and I just returned from our stay in Encinitas and we had the best time! This little back house was the perfect amount of space for us and we found everything we needed provided there. We traveled to/from San Diego via the "coaster" and found that extremely user friendly and convenient and traveled within Encinitas on foot or on the bikes provided by the owner, Joe. This place is perfect for a lovely beach getaway and we hope to return soon! Thanks, Joe.
