This ultra private home is in the heart of a desirable WeHo neighborhood. It is the perfect setting for business and leisure travelers alike. It was originally built in 1923 and masterfully remodeled in 2012. The chef’s kitchen includes honed Carrera marble counters, all Viking stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable breakfast nook area with garden views. It easily becomes a gathering place for friendly conversation and entertaining. It opens up to the dining and living room areas. An abundance of natural light flows through this beautiful home. Large arched windows and a fireplace add warmth and charm to the well appointed living room. Relax and watch movies or sporting events from the large flat screen television. An expansive garden provides peaceful views from every room. The outdoor deck offers patio sofas and Viking BBQ Bar area and makes for a comfortable outdoor lounge and glass-filled fire pit area. Great for entertaining!

The centerpiece of the living room is a Carrera marble incased fireplace and picture window views of the front garden area. The wide entryway from the living room reveals the formal dining area and chef kitchen. Large picture windows allow in natural light and a garden views.

All bedrooms come complete with king or queen size beds, 42' Samsung Smart LCD TV's, and luxurious linens. The large master bath includes an open shower along with separate euro-style vanity area with sink, a perfect dressing area.

The Exterior: A private automated front gate closes the property off from the outside world. The ground's green and lush landscape flows from the front to back yards where it is met with a large canopy of trees and plenty of space for entertaining. The perimeter of the home is surrounded by a fence and shrubs for ultimate privacy.

We recently stayed in this great house and loved it. It's nicer than the listing description and the photos indicate. Nice decor, great kitchen and private backyard. There were 3 adults and 4 teenagers in our group and we all enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this house. Lots of good restaurants and shops in walking distance.
