Looking for a great place in the city with the comforts and quaintness of a neighborhood? Then look no further than this great 1/1 condo located in Clarksville . Situated on the bus route and within walking distance to everything – a car is not needed! This condo sleeps between 2-4 people, has cable, dishwasher, and WIFI. Stay in style with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wood/tile floors in every space other than bedroom. Laundry facilities are available on site. Perfect for couples wanting to experience Austin, friends coming to town for a UT football game, ACL Music Festival, SXSW, etc. as it is less than a 10 minute walk to Zilker Park and Downtown Austin. This unit is also right outside the pool, which has a grill, great patio furniture, and during the summer cool water mixed with great neighbors.

Usually have a 3 night min.

This is also my homestead that I rent out when out of town, which is often.

Usually I do a 3 night min

Again, this is my place of residence that I rent it when out of town. I try to keep my calender current, but sometimes I can't make it work since I can't get my schedule moved around to be out of town the days you may want to rent. Please just let me know what you have going on and I'll try to make it work, but sometimes I can't.

Great condo, convenient location

We were in town for a visit with family. This condo worked perfect for my husband and me. Condo was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The owner was super easy to work with and was very responsive. The location was perfect. Walking distance to some restaurants, bars and shopping. We will definitely contact owner again when we come to Austin. Thanks Keith!

Great Place. Great Location.

MY wife and I, plus teenage daughter, were in town to visit UT and to take care of some personal business. This condo was perfect for our needs. The bedroom is separate from the living area by a short hall and doorway so we didn't feel cramped, the kitchen has everything we needed to make light meals, internet access worked flawlessly, and the location could not be beat. There are two local coffee places within just a couple blocks, and several restaurants and Whole Foods just a bit further but still walking distance. Driving was also very easy since this condo is just a few blocks from MOPAC. We even used the pool to cool off at the end of our busy days. Keith, the owner, was very easy to work with, and even had some suggestions for local restaurants. We've used HomeAway several other times in Austin and this has been our best experience so far. Highly recommended.

Clean condo in a fantastic location! We walked everywhere...to restaurants down the street (Z Tejas, Old Pecan Street Cafe), the hike & bike trail, a concert downtown, REI & BookPeople...and to all the bars on 6th. It was quiet for the most part (it's downtown, after all) and we really enjoyed our visit! Owner provided great customer service and we would recommend!

Perfect place for downtown activities!

Stayed here for a long weekend in November. The condo was in prime position to bike to our primary activity, and close enough for easy access to downtown nightlife and bars. The condo is a perfect size for two people, and was kept clean and in great condition. The owner was exceptionally friendly and flexible. Would definitely stay here again!
