This terrific cottage is available only for the first three weeks in June and the week of July 7, 2013. Act now to reserve some time in this totally modernized cottage located just a 5 minute walk to Wallis Sands (Pirate's Cove) Beach. Situated in quiet, year-round neighborhood. Incorporates the best of four-season living with close proximity to Portsmouth, NH; one hour drive from both Boston, MA and Portland, ME. Recently refurbished and fully equipped to include washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, wireless internet, flatscreen TV with CD player, new furniture and furnishings. Outside landscaping includes furnished patio with gas grill and a hot water shower. Storage shed available on property if needed.
