Unique large fenced-in yard leads up to the entrance of wide steps to a gracious covered porch with seating for 15. The entrance hall has doors to the living room with fireplace and dining room with fireplace (seating 10-12). Library with fireplace, sofa sleeper and bathroom, eat-in kitchen and laundry room complete the first floor. Front and back stairs lead to the second floor of four bedrooms and three bathrooms and a large hall with an ironing area. Off street parking, laundry yard, outdoor shower and lawn furniture are available.

This classic, historic Nantucket house with high ceilings and old wide board floors is a terrific family home located several blocks from Main Street and downtown Nantucket. Beaches are a bike or car ride away.

Cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is next door and available for rent; great for those with a reunion in mind. See #295218.

This summer house has been in the family for 4 generations offering a special vacation and the ability to reunite us all. Taking the ferry over allows you to truly leave the mainland and day-to-day hassles behind you. A wonderful old home that shows a part of Nantucket in the 1800's.
