Beach house features large living room and full kitchen/dinning room overlooking Assateague Bay and community pier, large private patio and backyard. Gated community features 2 large outdoor pools, Rec room, fishing pier, pond and paddle boats, basketball court, and playground. House is completely equipped with full size washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, new 40 inch LCD TV, Cable TV, DVD, central A/C, outdoor grill and outdoor furniture, parking for two cars. Wireless internet is provided.

House is located minutes from Assateague Island National Park and beaches, and minutes from Ocean City boardwalk. Other area amenities include Ocean City Outlet shopping, Assateague Island pony watching, area restaurants, Ocean City rides, and water parks, antique shopping in Berlin, and golf course.

The home is non smoking, and pets are not allowed

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful community to stay in. It is between the Assateague Island Beach and Ocean City Boardwalk so going either way was very quick and easy. It was nice to have the quiet for the kids at night and the pool came in handy on the days you just wanted to relax.
If we choose to vacation in Ocean City again, we will definately be staying here.

A vacation home I will always remember.

This was the most peaceful home . My daughter and I just loved our stay and will be staying again in the future. The community was very clean , well keptand very nicely decorated. The pool was very close to the house and very nice. We didn't want to leave. We loved Assateague Beach and was very close to Ocean City as well. The ponies were amazing as they walked up to the people and the ocean. We could see the peer from the back door. The view of the bay was beautiful. I loved watching the boats in the mornings and we could see the ponies across the bay . We took binoculars and could see alot. Great home for a family that wants a safe and quiet place to stay. The owner was a pleasure to talk to.

A Week at Assateague

My family absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and cozy with everything you need. My husband went fishing off the pier every day. He and my 4 year old son also went crabbing and on average caught about 6 keepers each time. This is a wonderful vacation spot and the community is perfect! The people are very nice and the community itself is well-maintained. We fell in love with the Assateague Beach. The horses were everywhere and the beach was not too crowded. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home and all of its amenities. This is the perfect vacation home for a small family. The house and yard are very inviting. The house is furnished beautifully and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard in the evenings watching the boats go by and the sun setting and then again in the mornings watching the sun rise. The development is immaculate. Crabbing on the pier, paddle boating & fishing is fun for all!

We especially enjoyed that it is far enough away from all of the constant stimulation of the Ocean City boardwalk but close enough to get there when we wanted to go. Assateague State Park is 5 minutes away, antiquing in Historic Berlin Village is 10 minutes away.

The owner is such a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning next year. We have found our perfect family vacation home!

Wonderful getaway

My family is so glad we found this gem for our week in Ocean City. The house is immaculate and has everything you could want. We loved being close to OC but far from the party lifestyle--listening to the frogs and birds was a wonderful way to fall asleep at night.

On the days we didn't want to go to the beach it was delightful to head to the pool (part of the community) and swim there. And the crabbing pier was a great way to end every day.

The other people in the community were kind and welcoming to us--recommending sites to see off the beaten track (we took a day trip to VA to see the NASA visitor's center and Chincoteague Island).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
