Ocean Reef is a 161 unit, 23 floor property with assigned parking at the highly sought, west beaches of Panama City Beach. Highlights include gulf-front pool and jacuzzi,and sun deck area, indoor heated pool and steam room, fitness room, and sauna. Located in close proximity to the new International Airport and Pier Park. Surrounded by activities to enjoy or indulge in the comfort of beach chairs...there is something for everyone.

Please note:: * For your safety a Security Guard is on duty at all times.

* Renters under twenty-five (25) years of age are not allowed. Adult family members must accompany those under twenty-five (25).

* RESERVED parking space is provided. There is plenty of other parking permitted in spaces NOT marked 'reserved'. RV, boat parking available across the street in our overflow parking area.

This condo was amazing. It was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, had an wonderful view, and a larger balcony than we've ever had at a condo before. It felt like a home away from home. It was very close to one of the Beach's biggest and most popular attractions which was a big plus for our family.

We were staying in a four bedroom unit at Ocean Reef. We were in Panama City Beach for our son`s wedding, and booked this unit for two of our son`s and their wives, one of which was the groom. They loved it! The condo was beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Tanya was great to work with, and so accomadating during our entire stay. We hope to return to The Emerald Coast again, and will ony book accomadations through Tanya.

This condo had the best furniture with upgraded tile in the bathrooms that most Ocean Reef condos do not. Two beach chairs with umbrellas and chairs come with the rental - nice touch! Televisoions in each room if you want to retreat and just relax.

I understand the unit is owned by a disabled veteran - please support him!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
