It has a well equipped chefs kitchen with a Viking range, gourmet cookware and accessories, an herb garden and sit down dining for 6 and a complimentary bar set up. The fireplaced double living room has 2 leather sofas, one being a queen sleeper, a SONY media wall featuring a 46-in LCD TV, DVD player, Digital iPod docking, 7.1 Surround Sound by BIC . Full cable and Wifi. There is a seating area with books, DVD, CDs, and games. And a tuned Steinway upright.. The bathroom features a seperate wc and marble walk in rain shower, designer towels and complimentary bath products. Situated in the back of the house, the oversize bedroom has a king size bed, 42' Sony Google internet TV, down pillows and duvets.

Just what the vacation ordered!

  • 5 of 5
The perfect home to enjoy a week in Provincetown. The space and amenities are just perfect. Location is ideal for someone who wants to get around Ptown and also have the ability to get away from the hustle and noise. The owners were very gracious and helpful pointing us in the right direction for activities and dining suggestions. The space was just what we were looking for! It made for a great 4th of July week and birthday celebration...Even with the hurricane that hit!

Not worthy of a 5 star rating.

  • 3 of 5
The location is excellent. Around the corner to all the restaurants, commercial street and the wharf. Good size rooms. Nicely decorated.
Cons: place needs a good clean. Stove was dirty, grease on the air-conditioning unit, place smelled musty. Unit is dark. Patio area is beside a walk thru path. Didn't want to sit there as garbage bin right beside was full of dirty garbage and maggots. The place has some good attributes but attention to detail is missing. Owner doesn't respond to phone calls Once he has your money you are on your own. We had an incident whereby burnt toast set off the fire alarm. We couldn't turn it off. Called several times no answer finally the owner of the UPSTAIRS unit came by and turned if off outside. They had water damage from the hurricane we should have been informed of this BEFORE arriving. Dishes are chipped and cracked. No toilet paper. Coffee maker was so dirty had to clean it before we could use it . Little things yes, but that is why they do not deserve a 5 star rating.

Owner's Response: I am sorry you did not enjoy Ptown and my home and left after 3 days- but to write a review filled with lies is really disheartening. The viking stove is a commercial product and is black from use, it is not dirt. I am also sorry that you found the outdoor garbage dumpster filled with "dirty" garbage. Being August garbage does smell as it's collected by the town once a week. I am an extremely communicative owner and help my renters as much as I can. As I told you, I live in a separate house on the property and have a business in town. To paint a picture of an absentee owner is silly. The calls I didn't answer came within a 2 hour period on a Sunday morning and I was in an area with no cell service. Whatever you burned set off the smoke alarm, and instead of finding the source of the alarm and removing the battery, you ripped the heat sensors out of the ceilings in two rooms thus setting off the condominium alarm system which I have no control over as the panel is not accessible to my unit. An electrician had to be called to re install the sensors and reset the panel which cost $479.00. I was not aware that one of the 3 sets of dishes had a chipped plate, nor that a previous tenant left an electric coffee pot as I provide a vintage pyrex glass stovetop pot. We provide one roll of toilet paper and paper towels as a courtesy. Just as the complimentary bath products and fresh cut flowers. Being 1 parallel block to the water, sometimes humidity can build in, but the individual heating/cooling systems in each room also have a dehumidification setting as stated in the information binder. The 5 star rating was given by other guests that did enjoy their accommodations. Provincetown is an International Gay tourist town/Art Colony filled with colorful people. I am sorry you did not find it to be a desirable environment.

Two Amazing Weeks in P Town...

  • 5 of 5
I had the pleasure of spending two lovely weeks at this condo.

A gourmet kitchen with amazing attention to detail was a special treat for all of my family and friends. We cooked memorable meals and enjoyed post beach cocktails out on the patio. The views of the monument can not be beat!

A five minute walk to the ferry and all of the interesting shops downtown. We also enjoyed being five minutes from the harbor and a quick bike ride to the National Seashore.

You could not ask for a better host than Alan. He was so kind and made sure that everything was perfect. There were fresh flowers throughout the condo and the way the property is decorated is just beautiful. The whole experience was outstanding!

Thank you Alan and I look forward to seeing you next year!

All the best,

Kathy

Wonderful!

  • 5 of 5
We really enjoyed our stay in Provincetown. The location was within steps to the pier shops, restaurants and though we were there during the low season, there were enough places open and it was very peaceful. The rental itself had a nice charm and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches (Thanks for the cocktails!) it was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Thanks again Alan for a lovely stay and being attentive to our needs even while you were on vacation!

Wonderful Visit

  • 5 of 5
My partner and I stayed in this condo during New Year's and had a wonderful time. The kitchen is awesome: enormous and modern, with a large dining table (though no dishwasher). The bedroom and the bathroom were also really nice and comfortable. The location is great: right next to Ten Tables on Bradford Street, one block from Commercial Street.

CANNOT Beat this wonderful home!

  • 5 of 5
My partner and I stayed at this wonderful property for a week in July. If anything the description doesn't adequately tell the story of this very charming, comfortable apartment.

A newly designed shower, a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a COOK's KITCHEN, a piano...as lovely as Ptown is, we enjoyed being in this "home away from home" as much as we did being at the various activities around town. Perfectly located, steps from the "downtown," the park, and various clubs and restaurants we felt VERY LUCKY indeed to have gotten this location before it was swooped up by others.

If all you sought were cleanliness and comfort you'd feel right at home in Alan's home. But it's so much more than that. It's a little spot of quiet nestled amidst the excitement of P-town.

Finally, Alan, the owner, couldn't be more gracious and accommodating. I was a little confused by the state of the art stereo and tv system (this was user error, not any fault of the system) Alan was at the apartment in minutes to help us out. He made it clear that he was available to us whenever we needed him...but for that one time we never did, though. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property and have every intention of staying there again this year in mid-July. Nowhere else would be satisfactory after our experience last July.
