Condo complex on the Atlantic Ocean with breath-taking views. The condo is located on the 4th floor of a high-rise building. It has lots of mirrors and glass to view the nearby Atlantic Ocean. The pools and beach are within walking distance. Golf, restaurant, tiki bar, etc are right on the property--within walking distance. No pets please. No motorcycles, trucks, boats attached to cars, etc. may be parked overnight outside. A separate garage must be rented for these.

Spectacular Ocean Views from this Island: The amenities that come with this unit are many. There are 6 pools on the property that are cleaned and maintained daily. The 9-hole golf course is quite challenging. There are 15 tennis courts. Some are lighted for night play. There is a tiki bar by the largest pool which is open year round. There is a formal restaurant by the ocean which also has a large bar. There is a recreation staff that is here to help you.

Newly Upgraded Condo: The 2-bedroom condo is located on the 4th floor of an 11-story high-rise building. It has large tiles in a neutral color throughout the unit. It has granite counter tops and bar tops which compliment the atmosphere. The many glass walls are covered with ceiling to floor double drapes (a shear panel and a solid panel) in beige and shrimp-color. There are 6 ceiling fans that add to the comfort of this condo. The master bedroom has both a bathroom and a separate dressing room with a large walk-in closet,

Golf Details: There is a 9-hole golf course on the property. Golf carts are not permitted, but pull carts are permitted. There is a $3.00 fee per person in the winter season

This property is on 125-manicured acres that include 6 pools, a 9-hole golf course, and 15 tennis courts. The nearby town has shops, a theater, a farmer's market with crafts, art, and food, on Saturday, etc.
