About Sharon O'Toole

I grew up in very far south Texas. We had relatives in Austin and we had MANY family reunions in New Braunfels. I ended up going to college in Austin and always wanted to end up in New Braunfels. It's a great family town.

Sharon O'Toole purchased this condo in 2006
Why Sharon O'Toole chose New Braunfels

River Run is the BEST setting on the Comal River. The green grassy bank is beautiful and private. It is nearly the longest tube float possible on the Comal River. The Cool Condo on the Comal River has a GREAT view of the grounds and river.

Historic New Braunfels, TX is home to 2 rivers, the crystal clear Comal River and the Guadalupe River. At just over 2 miles long, the Comal River is in the Guinness Book of World Records as the shortest river in the world. The town is conveniently located on Interstate 35, only a 35 minute drive to San Antonio, a 50 minute drive to Austin, and a short 20 minute drive to the San Marcos Outlet Malls or Natural Bridge Caverns. The Libelle Haus is convenient to the crystal clear Comal River, the historic downtown area, and public boat ramp on Lake Dunlap. Less than 1 mile to tubing, Schlitterbahn Water Park, town center restaurants and shops, a bit further to Landa Park, Golf Course, and Wurstfest. A fun place to visit!!

No pets. No smoking. Beautiful shady, grassy river park with barbque grills and sport court. Tubing: Texas Tubes next door, Landa River Trips across the street and Chuck's Tubes catty corner. Please note that only renters of the condo can use the condo waterfront area. The waterfront is strictly monitored.

Another enjoyable stay

Once again we enjoyed the hospitality of the O'Tooles during WurstFest week. Our family has grown to the point that we need two venues and the condo was the perfect fit for us. The proximity to downtown shops and restaurants, not to mention the short walk to Landa Park worked out great. We found the condo to b clean, airy and homey. Definately recommend for summer tubers, or fall festival season.

Close to the River with all the comforts of Home!

We have stayed in this condo before, and it never disappoints. Modern and colorful furnishings adorn this condo, with attention to all the little details like kitchen items, toiletries, and even a goodie basket upon arrival! The complex is right next door to a tubing outfitter so there's no need to ever even move your car. Sharon is great to deal with, and will work around your schedule if at all possible. One of my fav places to stay in New Braunfels!

We had a great stay! :) the condo was perfect and had all the necessities needed! If 6 people are staying in the condo be prepared the living area pull out isn't very comfortable! But definitely not a reason to choose another place to stay! We had a blast!
