Beautiful Views and Peaceful Relaxation

We stayed at the Enchanted Forrest Lake House on September 2nd and 3rd -- it was an excellent experience. The weather was perfect for sitting on the deck in the mornings and having an evening campfire (we did both). The scenery was beautiful. You’re far enough out that at night (w/o a moon) you can clearly see the Milky Way and tons of stars. It was also very quiet (only the occasional pine cone dropping onto the roof) – this is really an excellent place to come and get away.
The cabin has a well appointed kitchen and comfortable sleeping arrangements. My husband and I chose to sleep downstairs, no particular reason why. This house would easily sleep the 15 people as advertised on the site. We didn’t get around to using the TVs or DVD player. We read, played some games, and spent a lot of time outdoors. My favorite thing about the cabin is all the front windows, the view is stunning.
