We were 6 adults and a kid staying at this beautiful cottage for 3 nights over the memorial day weekend.
The cottage is beautiful and has everything one needs. The rooms are well furnished with a TV in the bedrooms, Dish network, lots of linen, towels, etc..
The ladies in our group were amazed how well stocked the Kitchen was with all the glassware and silverware. We were not short of anything.
The location is absolutely perfect. Hardly 5 mins from the Submarine museum. We even got to attend the memorial service and get a tour of the submarine.
Beaches are also hardly 5 mins walk. Beach is very clean. There is a light house too and sunset looks beautiful from there.
The park across the house is also nice. It was busy over the long weekend but hardly bothered us. No noise inside the house.
The gas grill was also nice (so no hassles of coal).
We did not get a chance to meet the owners personally but they were very sweet over the phone and in our emails.
In short we would surely love to visit this place again and recommend to our friends as well.
Owner's Response: We have a large TV in the living room on cable, together with a VCR and DVD player and a large collection of VCR tapes and DVDs. The bedroom with the (2) twin beds also has a separate, smaller TV (also on cable) with a VCR and a bunch of kid's video tapes; renters with younger children have said that their kids really liked this arrangement (this is the only bedroom with a TV).
