*NO SANDY DAMAGE*-OCEANSIDE-CLEAN, BRIGHT, AIRY-WALK EVERYWHERE!

This is our second year back in June to LBI and this condo and we just loved it. The week was A+++++. The crowds were nowhere to be seen - it was like we had the beach to ourselves. Took advantage of pay-one-price bracelet nite at Fantasy Island ($5! - all the rides for hours), loved the water park, and ate as some great places (CHEG was our FAV). The condo was immaculate - there was a new washer this year (great!) and a hose to wash off our sandy feet and beach gear. The weather was perfect. Again - a great rental for a great price in a great location. We'll be back again in 2012!

We love it here. The condo is so cozy and comfortable. Very clean and had everything we needed.
Darlene was a pleasure to deal with and everything was just as advertised. We walk to the beach everyday and Fantasy Island almost every night. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance as well. This condo really is in the best location, you really can walk to everything. We are looking forward to returning this year.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to start off the summer of 2010! After looking on the island for a few months (and wanting to stay by the beach AND the action), we came across this perfect condo to rent right after school let out. As a family of 3 (with lots of family and friends to visit), this place was just what we we wanted. The condo was SPOTLESS, with lots of room to store our gear and beach things. It felt so homey, so we had no trouble kicking our feet up and relaxing. We took full advantage of the amenities (washer/dryer, BBQ, air conditioning). We even cooked a bit (though it was vacation - no one wanted to cook with all the great eateries in walking distance!). The beds and lounging areas were very comfortable. Overall, an A+---- Affordable, Awesome location, and All the Amenities that you'll ever need. We can't wait to come back in 2011!
