Though very close to Cockle Cove Beach, the area is very quiet. The house is set off the street with a private yard and parking. You can walk to Ridgevale beach to eat at a small stand on the water, or buy beach essentials at the beach store. Bike path, shopping, groceries, and ice cream nearby.
