Lodge, 5 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 5 Baths, (Sleeps 10-16)

Nestled amongst wildflowers and rolling hills is a 43 acre oasis in the Texas Panhandle. The Lodge is a 5 bedroom, two story, 3 bath, 2 Jacuzzi bath, fully equipped commercial kitchen, fireplace and a deck that overlooks the pond. We also offer a small luxury cabin that is separate from the Lodge and available for rent ($165 extra), that has fireplace in bedroom, two person jacuzzi, kitchenette, view of the pond, flat screen tv/dvd.

The two story Lodge overlooks a 4 acre spring fed pond stocked with bass and catfish. Our bass are between 1-3 pounds and our catfish are between 1-15 pounds. We have lots of bluegill for the kids to enjoy. Fishing fees are $10 for adults and $5 for kids covering the whole time of stay. We also offer daily paddle boat rentals for $10 per day. Other activities we offer are swimming, zip lining, hiking, bird watching, taking a nap in our hammock while listening to the falls in the cove. If you are a hiker, you will love our two miles of hiking trails and exploring the numerous plants and wildflowers. We are 1/2 mile from the Lake Meredith National Park where they offer more hiking and nature viewing.

We are a private secluded getaway for families, reunions, business retreats, church retreats, weddings, etc.. We strive to make every moment here spectacular and take special care and interest in our property and the people that come here. We would love to have you stay with us.

About Rebecca Weatherford

Kirk and I have been married for approximately 22 years. Three Falls Cove has been my dream and I love it! I love meeting new people and it is great to host family get togethers. Kirk owns Weatherford Construction that installs new septic systems and also owns Nexgen dirt work and paving. Between the two of us, we have 3 businesses, one vineyard, two grown kids, one son-in-law, an 8 year old granddaughter and a 2 year old grandson we adore. God comes first in our lives, our marriage second and we would love to have the opportunity and privelege of serving you next. Blessings!

Why Rebecca Weatherford chose Amarillo

Three Falls Cove is like visiting a place of privacy, seclusion and serenity in the country with the benefit of being not far from town. Fritch, Dumas and Borger are all within 15-30 minute drives. We are only 45 minutes from the Amarillo Airport. The Inn is located next to the National Park Service and we have our own private pond and fishing exculsively for our guests. With our location in the canyons, we are lured by the many types of wildlife that come through here. Bird watching is a favorite of my guests. We are out of the way from many travelers and tourist, still we have a paved road all the way to our property. Great place to getaway and relax.

What makes this lodge unique

Bird watching, hiking, swimming, nature views, peaceful, serenity, private. I love taking a morning walk after breakfast, sipping my coffee and enjoying some of the wildlife coming through. Fall is a great time to watch the fog rising off the pond right out your window. Early summer is a wonderful time for watching fire flies at night. Take a walk in the Spring on our trails and you will come across the many flavors of wild flowers. Winter is a cozy time snuggling up to the fireplace, playing board games and watching the bright red cardinals in the trees.

The Inn is located in a canyon overlooking our 4 acre pond. We have two miles of hiking trails, swimming in our spring fed pond, enjoying the zip line that goes across the pond, paddle boats for rent, fishing in our stocked pond (requires a permit) and enjoying a nap in our hammock while listening to the calming waters of the falls.

What a great place! Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience for all who stay here. You thought of everything! We had such a relaxing and peaceful time here. The bluegill fishing was rediculous (in a good way)! I havent seen a concentration of fish like that in a pond....what fun! Looking forward to coming back again and staying for a few more days. Thank you so much for maintaining such a peaceful and beautiful inn. Our family reunion was wonderful. Due to so few distractions we all reconnected to each other and family fun. My four year old won a fishing contest and tried the zip line. I was so proud to see him try something new and conquer his fears and have so much fun with his cousins and family. We loved our stay. I can not even begin to express to you what a wonderful experience this has been for us both. Myself especially, I have been through some tough health issues lately and felt there was no place that could calm my spirit. I was wrong!! This is the place! To lie in the hammock while a rabbit played quietly beside. To row across the pond with my sweet heart (a young girls' dream), to spend a calm, warm, love felt evening in such a beautifully furnished cabin. Every detail was so uplifting to us. It was just what the Lord ordered for me. You didnt miss a thing! God Bless you both.
