Great outdoor living with huge gas BBQ, tables, chairs, chaises, grapefruit and lemon trees. The home has two (front and back) large private patio areas to capture both the morning and afternoon sun. Have breakfast around the pool, pick grapefruit from overhead, still cold from the night air.

This home was purchased to provide a lovely climate and a reprieve from the horrific L.A. traffic.
Quiet streets to bike or walk your dog in the morning. Water World Park visible just over the trees. Close to everything up and down valley. Come home to a jacuzzi and cocktail and watch the sun sink behind the mountains and the last foursome wishing their way to the ninth hole flag of the Legends golf course.

We had one of our best holidays at this superb home everything was to hand as stated by the owner.
very quiet location but not to far from local shops and ideally suited for trips out to tourist attractions.
We loved our late afternoon rest around the pool looking at the mountain scenery drinking cocktails made with the fresh grapefruits & lemons pick strait from the trees with in the property ,
This is an ideal place for all families but would possibly suit families with older children more

MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF LOVE THE LOCATION OF THIS HOUSE, WE THINK TAHZUITZ GOLF COURSE IS THE BEST VALUE IN THE DESERT, AND THIS HOUSE IS ON THAT COURSE, THE HOUSE HAS EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT AND MORE, MONA THE OWNER IS VERY HELPFUL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THE HOUSE AND GROUNDS ARE VERY WELL MAINTAINED. MANHATTAN IN THE DESERT RESTAURANT IS OUR FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT AND IS VERY CLOSE. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS QUIET AND NOT A LOT OF TRAFFIC. WE HAVE RENTED THE HOUSE AGAIN FOR NEXT YEAR.
We stayed at this property for approximately three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is close to downtown, near shopping, and the airport, yet quiet. The home was spacious, well equipped and on beautiful spot on the 8th fairway. The owner was very helpful and accomodating to our family's requests. We would definitely recommend this property to others.
