The apartment has about 60 m² living space, divided over 2 bedrooms, a large living room and a shower room. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The open kitchen with dining area is equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your own meals. In addition, where a part is missing (such as a blender) we will help you with pleasure. The apartment is on the ground floor. Of the sofa in the living room overlooks your patio and garden. The sofa can be expanded, providing sleeping accommodation for 2 people. The patio is located to the east overlooking the fortified village Barchi. The garden around the house, you can of course also be available - as a garden shower and herbs from our garden. Casa Lucia is a Non smoking property - outside the home, this is not true of course!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Including utilities for 4 persons, use of bed linen and towels and final cleaning. From the 2nd Week, the rent reduced by 50 euros.

    The apartment can also be used with more or less people (max. 6 persons).
    Increases in this case, or lowers the price for the extra expenses (EUR 4.00 per person)

    Heating will be charged separately.

  • You can bring your dog. For the increased expense of cleaning we charge 15 euros.
  • Deposit of 50% of the total price, but at least 100, - euros for bookings. Receipt of the deposit to our account is the travel date as firm bookings. The final payment can be made either by bank transfer shortly before or upon arrival. Cancellation: Up to the 45th Days before departure 20%, from the 45th to 35 Days before departure 50%, from 34th to 14 Days before departure 80% of the tour price, 100% thereafter. If you find a replacement tenant or a subletting by us, the cancellation costs for the period of subletting.

If we stayed in all the rooms in a typically Italian or regional institution, we have made in the bedrooms with one exception: The beds are equipped with slatted base and sprung mattress and the bed linen is German. This means no tangling with large sheets with blankets, but everyone has their own blanket!

Notes: Casa Lucia is an over 100 year old farmhouse that has been lovingly restored by us and the original as possible. We put great emphasis on preserving the original charm without sacrificing comfort! In addition, Casa Lucia Hotel Service.
