The villa is situated approximately 1 mile from the centre of Foz Do Arelho, a small beach resort located at the mouth of the Obidos Lagoon and adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean. The calm waters of the Lagoon are perfect for sailing, windsurfing and swimming whilst the more lively Atlantic Ocean provides a surfers paradise. In the resort there are a number of restaurants and bars with superb views across the huge expanse of beach.

Casa Boleyn is a truly spectacular property which falls into the dream villa category. The whole property has been finished to a very high specification and is extremely spacious, offering as it does four bedroom accommodation in the main property and separate pool-side dining facilities in the bar which has a huge fridge for those pool-side drinks as well as its own shower-room and WC.

There are large, attractive gardens with lawns, hibiscus and palms and a pagoda with barbecue for al-fresco dining. The terraces and bar around the large infinity pool are designed for long, lazy days relaxing whilst the bar is perfect for evening parties.
