Bradenton Beach Apartment Rental Photos and Description
Apartment, 1 Bedroom + Fold out bed, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)
Welcome to Anna Maria Island and the City of Bradenton Beach.
We are located 45 minutes south of St Petersburg, an hour south of the Tampa International airport, 2 hours from Orlando and its many theme parks and twenty minutes north of Sarasota on the Gulf side of Florida.
Our island is seven miles long and 2-5 blocks wide. We are a family-friendly place with water sports, beach shops, gift shops with restaurants and fishing on the Historic Bridge Street and Pier. A free trolley gives rides up and down the island. A new bike path runs along the beaches next to beach parks with barbecues and life guard stations. We are Old Florida - relaxed without the high-rise feel.
We are located at 308 2nd Street North in Bradenton Beach. Just a half block from the Bay and 2 short blocks to the Gulf beaches. Restaurants, shops, the trolley stop, post office, library, para-sailing, a bait shop and fishing charters are all within 2 blocks! Our unit has the convenience of a kitchen so you don't have to 'eat out' every meal. You can even enjoy your meals out on the patio!

About Tom Ellis
We fell in love with Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach the first night we discovered this hidden gem! We are thrilled to be a part of the Island Life of Florida and look forward to moving closer to the Beach soon. We have found our home away from home...You might join us!
Tom Ellis purchased this apartment in 2009
Why Tom Ellis chose Bradenton Beach
Riding our bikes around the island, meeting the people, watching the dolphins and the occasional Manatee helped us fall in love with Bradenton Beach. We love it here!
What makes this apartment unique
Taking our coffee down a half a block to watch the sun rise over the Bay and boat harbor is so relaxing. Walking the two blocks the other way in the evening to watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico - maybe with an ice cream from the Cream Ice Cream-Coffee-Gifts at the end of the block - it is amazing! Once you get to the island, you really don't need a car. Walking or taking the free trolley up and down the island is a calming treat from the hectic life so many of us lead at home. Come join us...
