Bring your flip flops & sand buckets and collect the beach glass along the Lake Michigan Shore. Access to 2 public beaches just 1 mile away in either direction plus 4 more in St. Joseph. This newly remodeled bungalow is located 15 minutes south to St. Joseph & 15 minutes north to South Haven, where you can find good food, live music/theater, unique shops, museums & art galleries, and of course Beaches. Each town has its own lighthouse & boat-filled harbors, featuring individual charm & unique attractions ~ an experience you will not soon forget. Walk the singing sands of Lake Michigan beach, watch the ever-changing sunsets, celebrate the spectacular colors of autumn or snowmobile the Michigan trails. Great Vacation Spot

This place was great for what our family needed. The flat was clean, decorated nicely and very welcoming when we arrived The kitchen had what we needed to cook a few meals as well as had many restaurants in the area. The loction was perfect for what our family wanted to do...Blueberry picking as well as go to the beach. We visited a number of different beaches within a minute to 15 minutes of the flat. We had a great time and will return in the future.

This bungalow is a clean, comfortable vacation spot in a quiet and peaceful area. Great location - very close to the water as well as restaurants and grocery stores, but yet very private. It had everything we needed for a short vacation (appliances, air conditioning, etc.) and the renters were wonderful - they followed up with us to make sure our visit was 100% enjoyable. We will definitely visit again! Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay at the Sand Dollar Flat! The home is in a perfect location to access two beaches within a mile of the rental, and we spent some time every day at the beach playing in the sand and lake or taking in the beautiful sunsets. The Sand Dollar Flat is just a short drive to both St. Joe's and South Haven, but is in a smaller town that allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle and crowds of a larger area. The home was impeccably clean and had every ammenity that we could have wanted. Thanks for the great vacation rental Cris! We loved it so much that we're looking for property of our own in the area.

Cozy cottage

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Great vineyards and delectable chocolate shops nearby. Only 15 minutes away from South Haven with so much events going on. A must see place to go during the Blueberry Festival and Arts & Crafts Festival. Brought tons of blueberry products and crafts from the festivals. Also, the restaurants were the best in Southwest Michigan!

Great Location!

Five of us stayed at the sand dollar flat at the end of July. The cottage we cute, clean and cozy and we were very comfortable there. The location is great as it is right in between St. Joe's and New Haven. We really enjoyed eating our delicous sub sandwiches from Vitale's at the beach nearby. Overall, we had a great time.
