Excellent Condo on West Bay Beach!!

We had a fantastic time at this condo. Andre made the reservation process a breeze and answered several questions we had about the area and offered suggestions about places to eat, etc. He was always prompt with his emails and we feel it was an excellent value for the week we stayed in Roatan.
The property is very nice, and we were able to relax on one of the most gorgeous stretch of beaches on West Bay. We only a few snacks from the restaurant/bar on the beach and all was good. It was your usual menu with American prices like what you would find on any resort, nothing crazy expensive. We found early on, Celeste's, just down the road from the resort and had breakfast there every morning for a very reasonable price.
They have water taxis easily available if you want to spend the day over on the West End. West End has a different vibe and you will not find the "resort" feel that you find on West Bay, but if your looking to hang out and do some local shopping, dining and cheaper drinking, it's worth checking out.
We didn't really plan to do much excursions, but we did decide to do one through the resort itself and I just want to say to be aware before you book with the resort because I feel they are way overpriced for what you are actually getting. The activities director on the resort, I think his name is "Avi" is available to go over all the excursions you can book directly through them and we decided to do an all day excursion to "Pigeon Bay" (I think that was the name?) It was a full day that included two spots for snorkeling prior to arriving at a little island where they would have lunch for you and this also included all the booze and drinks throughout the day. First of all, I must say that this little island was probably one of the most beautiful places I've seen, the waters were so crystal clear with at least 3 different shades of blue/green. We anchored here for about 2hrs and had lunch. However, the boat that took us there barely could accommodate the 13 guests plus the 3 crew. We started off at 0800 and returned back at about 1700, let's just say, I am happy to report I did hear of any issues since there were no bathroom facilities, haha! Definitely not worth the $$$. And also be aware that if you decide to book though the resort and want to charge it your room, they will tack on another fee for this!!
Overall, we had a great time here at Infinity Bay, we loved Andre's condo, it had everything u need for a great relaxing vacation!
