This 2 bedroom unit, located on the second floor, has brilliant sunshine, high ceilings, wood floors, custom cabinets, a nursery off the master bedroom, and new appliances. One on site parking space is available. The yard has a small seating area with outdoor patio table and grill.

Travel car free! One block from bus stop which has busses directly from Boston’s Logan Airport and Providence Airport in Warwick! Bring your own bike to tour Newport and other vicinities or use one of ours. Car rental agencies are in Newport for day trips.

Lovely family get-a-way

The apartment is truly lovely and so convenient. We stayed over the weekend following Thanksgiving, my husband and I and our 20 year old and 14 year old daughters, and the apartment was perfect for our stay. We parked our car when we got there and got in it again only when we were headed back home. We were able to view the decorated boat parade on the harbor, shop and dine and listen to music on Thames Street and the waterfront/ wharfs, take part in a lantern tour, and attend the Comedy Improve at the Firehouse Theatre on Broadway - all comfortable walking distance. The apartment itself is a gem! Clean and well appointed - comfortable kitchen and bath and classy master bedroom - comfortable, understated elegance throughout...we hope to stay there again sometime!

We had a wonderful stay-apartment was very clean and convenient to get to the downtown area on foot. Cheryl was great to communicate with and we definitely would go back. - spent a couple days at Second beach, did some shopping, especially enjoyed eating at Malta-delicious food (loved their roasted olives) and a very friendly owner with an amazing collection of unusual single malt scotches, bourbons and irish whiskeys.

My parents and in-laws stayed here for a 3 day weekend to visit us in Newport. The location was terrific, making it so easy and logistically convenient for everything we wanted to do and no one had to spend time in a car! The place was spacious enough for 4 adults and very clean. The owner was a delight and extremely helpful. A great find in this fantastic town, and we surely plan to rent it again!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property in the heart of Newport! What a fantastic location! There were many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also cooked several meals at "home". The modern kitchen made it a breeze to prepare our own breakfast and other meals.
Cheryl, the owner, was always prompt in her replies to my questions. She gave great recommendations and described the property well.
We stayed on the second floor unit.The stairs are quite steep. This might pose a slight problem if you have mobility issues.
I would definitely recommend this property to couples or a small family!

Beautiful home, centrally located, interior is modern and has everything you need. Layout and amenities were as described. The owner responded quickly to all our queries. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. We had a wonderful time. If you stay here definitely go check out the Cliff's Walk.
