Our charming 1895 cottage has been fully renovated and is steps away from its own private beach pathway to beautiful Pine Point Beach. Stunning views of Prout's Neck and Woods Island Lighthouse can be seen from our sunny, screened wrap-around porch. Inside our cottage is bright, spacious and tastefully decorated. The large living room boasts hardwood floors and a gas fireplace, and the hardwood floors continue into the sunny dining room with a picture window offering scenic water views. The New England kitchen if fully equipped with every amenity. Upstairs are four airy bedrooms and three have fantastic water views. The large family bathroom's total renovation adds to the overall feeling of a home away from home.

Pine Point is still an active fishing, lobstering and clamming village. The beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing and surfcasting.There are no drop-offs and the waves are very tame. The area offers many lobster pounds and restaurants. Local activities include deep sea fishing, whale watching, boating, amusement and water parks, golf and Scarborough nature preserve with scenic canoe and kayak trips. Within a 15 minute is Portland with its many fine restaurants, museums and historic Old Port. Within 30 minutes are the outlets of Kittery and Freeport and the picturesque villages of Kennebunkport and Oguniquit.

Charming seaside cottage, sparkling clean, all the amenities and more! Cozy sleeping quarters with spectacular sunrise views. We really enjoyed our stay.

Classic Maine Beach Cottage

This classic cottage has been fully renovated with all the modern conveniences. Our group of six women found it to be a cozy, comfortable space to relax and enjoy our "reunion". It is steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Maine and only about 20 minutes from Portland. A lobster pound within walking distance allowed us to have another true Maine experience. We had a hard time leaving the comfort of the spacious screened porch, but did appreciate the fire in the cool evening. Can't wait to return!
