This beautiful home is located in a quiet area with a short walk to Pleasant Street Beach or the bike path. House has gleaming hardwood floors & an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped & has everything including 2 lobster pots! There are french doors in kitchen leading to the deck with table, chairs & umbrella, grill, & outside shower. The house is on a half acre lot with a professionally landscaped lawn & gardens with irrigation.

The first floor features a formal dining room-seating for 8 & large bath with first floor laundry room. The living room has a sectional queen sleep sofa, cable TV, DVD, CD & high speed wireless internet access. The home has 2 zone central A/C. The basement has a ping-pong table.

Upstairs:large master with a queen bed, cable TV, DVD, VCR, & phone. Also, there are 2 spacious bedrooms: 1 with a queen bed, and the other with a set of twin beds. Full Bath & large linen closet.

This was a lovely and immaculate house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the gardens are great to relax and for the kids. The outdoor shower is a plus. The beach is a bit of a walk, with small kids you'd be well off with a wagon or to drive. Pretty close to Chatham center and many beaches.
Only down side for us was that linens were not provided - we were traveling by car and had to pack linens for all the beds and towels for the bathroom. I wouldn't be able to do this if coming by plane.

The house was bright, spacious and immaculate. We have never stayed in a house as clean and well-maintained as this one. The location was convenient for exploring all areas of the Cape. The beautiful yard on a quiet street provided hours of safe play for our children. The outdoor shower was very useful after a day at the beach. The owner is extremely professional, warm and accommodating. She even set up a crib for us to use! After staying here we can't imagine staying any place else. We already booked for next summer!

We stayed one week but wish we could've stayed longer. We have three kids plus my parents for a few nights and at no time did I feel cramped. The house was exceptional and very clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the open kitchen and living space as well as the deck off to the side. The landscaping was just beautiful and really added to the experience. There was nothing better than to sit on the deck sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the afternoon. Just lovely.
