Our home is air-conditioned, on the upper level, and is an ideal spot for a 'family' or 'friends' vacation. Our unit is a semi-attached townhouse that offers either an 'Action Packed' or 'Tranquil & Relaxed' Style of Holiday.
The house has 4 bedrooms, however we make available only 3 bedrooms, for summer rental. On the upper level there is a very large bathroom (tub, shower & 2 sinks) with 1 bedroom. (King Bed). The entry level, ground floor, has an entrance area, kitchen, dining, bathroom, living room and back deck. The lower level has a door exit and has 2 bedrooms, small family room, laundry room and bathroom (shower).
Our home is a 1 minute drive to the base of the mountain and 10 minute walk. Our guests have full access to the Pinoteau Private Beach with use of all non-motor boats, roped off, non-lifeguarded swimming area, lounge chairs, 4 har-tru tennis courts, and outdoor swimming pool ** AT NO EXTRA CHARGE** Every morning you wake up with a full view of the south side of the mountain that is spectacular! Parking is a private driveway. From the kitchen window, we look onto the resort gardens, which is a great place to have your morning coffee.
Our living room with fireplace, 50' HD T.V. (DVD & Cable) and stereo. There is also a family room, on the lower level, with and a second T.V. (DVD & Cable). It is ideal for either 1 family, 2 small families, or 3 couples.
Our home has been recently refurnished , comfortably and tastefully, with many beautiful antiques and replicas. We have a fully equipped kitchen (quartz counters) and a dining table that sits comfortable 6-8 people.

Our names are Rick & Debbie Pellerin and we love skiing, golf, tennis, biking and hiking.
Debbie's family was brought up owning a home and spending week-ends and holidays on lac Tremblant. so she grew up skiing the mountain since the age of 8 years old.
We owned our first condo at' Club Tremblant' but as our family grew we felt we wanted a larger home, with more bedrooms and bathrooms. Pinoteau was the obvious choice for anyone who really knows the area, so we purchased our home about 17 years ago. Although there are some other Condo & Home developments, that have come along.. we still feel we have the best location for vacation and for our semi-retirement. We will be spending the winter in Naples, Florida, so we are looking for a full winter season rental, rather than week-by-week rental.
Fortunately we have had great clients, who have taken care of our home as if it were their own. Our cleaning staff is excellent and we could not provide the same product with out them.
Debbie's sister and brother in law, also live at Pinoteau and this is our multi-generation family vacation spot.
Our house was irresistible because of it's fabulous view of the mountain, exposure to the sun, proximity to the bike paths, Intrawest Village, golf courses and lake. There is really only this one location, that has a private beach and is walking distance to the hill, restaurants & shopping.
When we are on vacation we don't like reaching into our pockets every time we want to spend time at the beach, rent a boat or play tennis.
These are all included at Pinoteau Village, at no extra charge.
Pinoteau is the most ideal location at Tremblant! Our townhouse is a short 5-10 minute walk to the base of the mountain... which makes it close enough that we don't need to drive over to the village at the base of the mountain. We have a breathtaking view of the ski hill and have tennis courts just steps from the condo. Hop on your bike and you are on the bike paths. We do not look out onto the pool (which we like) but just walk around the side of a building and it is there. There is no other rental opportunity that has tennis, pool, lake/beach access, non- motor boats, games room etc.. all for no extra charge!

|Notes||Our rate is based on 1 family rental. There may be additional cost for groups that are more than 2 couples.
Our Winter season Rental is actually 5 month minimum with a seasonal fee of 12,500 plus the renter covers the heat and electricity during the rental. We cover the cost of the local land line, HD cable, Wifi internet.
* Approximate monthly rate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (CAD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
