This spectacular Los Muertos Beach condo features 2 large terraces with full window wall sliding doors, plus 2 private terraces off the bedrooms. Elevator to your door, lush grounds with sunning or palapa shade areas, elevated sandy beach, beside the River Cuale. You will step into this condo and be seized by the breathtaking view over the Banderas Bay, downtown Puerto Vallarta and the vista north to the Marina and Nuevo Vallarta and the mountains and surrounding areas!

Day or night, the scene is entrancing. Step out the gate to enjoy Puerto Vallarta's lovely new Malecon; people watching, walking beside, or on, the beach, in the heart of Old Puerto Vallarta, its magnificent range of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The malecon is even alive at night, so there is lots of activity if you want it. Mexico at your doorstep... yah gotta love it!

Puerto Vallarta, of course, has dozens of great restaurants and many activities to entertain you. But if you want quiet, you are in the right place in the unit, or on the grounds, enjoying the pool, hammocks, sand, people watching, tables for card games and more.

About The Owner

We were both born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, right in the center of Canada. For our retirement paradise in a few years, we have chosen this condo, as the perfect location. We have visited and traveled through many parts of the southern US and Mexico for the last 15 winters and visited many wonderful places. We have concluded that, for us, Puerto Vallarta is the best of the best. We love the climate, the cultures, both Mexican and gringo, the ocean at our front door, the location within the city, where everything is just a short walk away. You don't need a car! We look forward to spending our whole winter here, once we are both retired. The scenery, the volunteer possibilities, the art community, the chance for easy daily fitness drew us to a city of this size.

What makes this condo unique

We are delighted with our condo, as it is the perfect place for a group of 6 or so people....lots of room to enjoy with family and friends! (The futon makes it work for 7). Our favorite way to start the day is to go out the gate for a walk on the beach in the fine sand, at the water's edge, or the new malecon. Later in the day, the heated pool beckons for fun ( including the swim up bar) or exercise and some time in the sun and sand. The enclosed sandy beach is perfect for little kids. Our 6 p.m. ritual is to stop to enjoy the sunset from our balcony, or down by the pool. While the condo is totally modern, you step out the door to Mexico, with a chance to practice our Spanish (although you can get what you need in English) and enjoy your choice of Mexican, North American, high-end food and everything in between. Browsing our Top 100 P V restaurants guide will have you challenged deciding where to eat! Our kitchen is well equipped and the Bar B Q is huge, though, if you decide to eat in. The fresh food and seafood markets are only 2 blocks away and Dominos delivers within 10 minutes. Starbucks and the bank are a 5-minute walk, if you need a fix from either one. You will feel totally safe, with covered parking for your car and security 24/7 on this gated property.

We had the privilege of being able to stay in this beautiful condo right on the ocean for a month! Three generations of our family were able to enjoy part of the stay as well and the first words out of their mouths when entering the front door, was "WOW"!! We were able to make ourselves at home and had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The location is perfect and we walked everywhere. The condo has every amenity you could possibly think of or need. We didn't miss a day at the amazing pool and were surprised to see that a local restaurant "No Way Jose", staffs the swim up bar everyday! We enjoyed many refreshing drinks and the best guacamole we have ever tasted! We had so many questions when we first booked and Lee was so accommodating and responded immediately and answered every single one. We are hoping that we will be able to return one day to Paradise!

It was out of this world. What a wonderful experience we all had. The home was incredibly beautiful and inviting. The location could not have been better. I look forward to my return and hopefully that will be soon. I have mixed feeling about writing such an honest review because I know that others will book it and then I may be left out.

Don't make the mistake of renting this condo for one week like I did! Rent it for as long as you possibly can!

I read all the reviews and decided it was worth a try, I am very cautious when it comes to my vacations and I read tons of reviews before I commit to anything. I will start with the negatives. THERE ARE NONE!

From the very first email, Lee was quick to respond and answered every question I had. When we arrived as we drove through the gates I knew I had made the right decision and it just kept getting better from there! The staff at molino de agua is super friendly. The condo itself is spectacular and is the crown jewel on the malecot ( boardwalk). It is stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. My daughter needed a band aid while we were there, found one in the condo ( thanks Lee)! The condo is a top notch beautiful home decorated nicely with a view of the ocean and the beautiful grounds and pool.

The grounds, WOW, very nice! The pool, WOW! We were there in July and the pool made the vacation. As you lounge around in the pool, people are passing by on the malecot, looking in at the beautiful pool and grounds,u feel special.You do your excursions in the morning, hang out in the pool in the afternoon and early evening and, dinner in at night in any of the hundreds of fantastic restaraunts or even taco stands within 10 minute walk. That is, you leave your condo and after walking for 10 minutes you have walked past hundreds of restaraunts.

If you like, use the gourmet kitchen to cook, it is stocked with everything you need and then some.
They even have a wash machine and dryer for you, a must in hot mexico because you will go through 2-3 sets of clothes every day!

When we were out on the town and doing our excursions the locals would ask where we were staying, we told them molino de agua, everyone of them were familiar with the condo! They all commented on how nice and beautiful it is. Talk about location, this is the best location in peurto vallarta! You are right in the middle of the shopping district, tons of places to eat.
This was our first visit to mexico and I never felt in any danger at all. I think people are much friendlier here than orange county, my home.
If you are lucky enough to get to stay here, you will be very happy with your decision to do so.

Just wanted to let you know our stay in your condo was an absolute delight from start to finish.  The welcome and orientation from Carlos was gracious and thorough, and the staff at Molina de Agua were uniformly friendly and always helpful. Your beautiful and well appointed home was such a wonderful place to really unwind.  I spent my mornings with a cup of coffee on the balcony watching the waves while listening to my continuing education courses--perfect!
It's clear how much care you've put into the comfort of your guests.  TRULY appreciated!
