Great House, great layout

We recently returned from a ten day stay at this beautiful house. This was my 4th Florida home rental (including a stay at a house right across the street at Highgate Park). This was also the best of the homes I've stayed at. There were 9 people in our group, 6 adults and 3 kids 10 and under.
Walking into the house felt great. Nice furnishings and great, simple decorations. The floor plan of the house is such you never feel crowded, a really great design. It felt like you could have had 15+ people and not felt crowded!
The game rooms were great. The pool was fantastic and well heated. The furniture was better quality then you often see in rental properties. All the beds were comfortable.
The location of the property is also very good. Close enough to all the Disney attractions yet removed just enough to feel like "home". Many stores and restaurants are within a mile or two away (as well as a Publix supermarket and CVS right around the corner). I loved the pizza from Mia Pizza (although a little pricey)!
The owners Malcolm and Ann were very quick in response to my inquiry and sent a follow-up email prior to us arriving just to check-in, a nice touch. The management company they use was extremely responsive and timely to all my emails and questions. The house was very clean, truly spotless when we arrived.
If you're considering a Florida rental of this type. Don't hesitate to stay here. It was a great place. Thanks for having us!
