My Wife and I stayed at this house for the month of September, it was truly a good experience. The house has a nice floorplan and nicely furnished, and most importantly neat as a pin. The house is set away from the road in a nice private setting. Great location we walked to the old general store some mornings for coffee to go and continued to the lake side marina. Convenient to The nice colonial town of , New London with all it's shopping and restaurants. Kristie one of the owners was most helpful and accomodating. Hope to return again. Thank You Kristie.

We had a wonderful time. Loved the house-the privacy yet close to grocery store in New London and family in Claremont. Agree with other reviews. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home. Highly recommend it!

My wife, two boys (4 & 6) , and I had a wonderful vacation at this house. The property is private, well equipped, very clean and in a great location. We loved being able to hike, swim, boat or go to a great restaurant for a meal all within minutes of the property. The owner is very organized and friendly and made the process of renting very easy, they were also a great resource for information on things to do in the area. Our only regret was that our time in Sunapee had to come to an end. I would have no hesitation in renting this property again.

Super Sunapee Stay

My family and I have been renting holiday properties in the United Kingdom, Europe and the USA for 35 years. Without a doubt, this has to be one of the best presented we've visited. Hidden in a woodland setting, the house offers an immediate surprise - it looks like a dainty wee cottage from the front, but the back view instantly reveals what a spacious property it is, with rooms on three levels, a large porch and a huge, raised deck area. Inside it is spotlessly clean, light, airy and generously equipped. Comfortable beds were made up and copious quantities of towels were provided. Our aim in visiting Sunapee was to relax for a week between busy visits to Boston and Portland, and we felt very refreshed at the end of our stay. We did enjoy day trips to Canterbury Shaker village and the Saint Gaudens house and garden, but we also made the most of local attractions like the boat trip on Lake Sunapee, the house and gardens at The Fells and the very pleasant small town of New London. The property owner phoned during our visit and it was kind of her to check that our visit was going well. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a range of holiday makers from families to outdoor enthusiasts of any age.
