Come and enjoy paradise in this beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath home in Seapines located in Carolina Place near the Seapines preserve. This home is newly renovated, and decorated. Newly renovated bathrooms feature designer ceramic with granite countertops and double sinks in each bathroom. All new paint and furnishings throughout. This home features 2 master bedrooms, high-speed wireless access and two large plasma TV's.

This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom vacation rental house is in a spectacular location within biking distance of the beach, Harbor Town and South Beach. Bike trails throughout all of Seapines makes easy to get around and enjoy the outdoors at all the popular spots. You will have free access to a pool and tennis courts within a short walk. Carolina Place has a large community pool with a covered picnic area, hot tub, and tennis courts for our guests to enjoy. This home features hardwood floors, a tiled kitchen and a large living room area. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining area. Located off the main entrance is the spacious kitchen and breakfast area. You have access to the back deck from the living room and first master bedroom.

The deck features a beautiful view of the lagoon. The first master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, television, and French doors leading into a large master bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub, a separate water closet and a walk in shower. The second master is furnished with a queen size bed, television and the bath has a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each bunk bed features a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. Bathroom access is just across the hall with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. We have stayed in many different places over the years during our trips to Hilton Head, but I can honestly say this house is by far our favorite place to stay!!! When I first walked in my eyes were delighted! First impressions...gorgeous decor, updated, clean, and spacious! And it continued to get even better as I walked into the first floor master bedroom and bath. A beautiful king sized bed and a bathroom that contained granite counters, huge walk in shower, soaking tub, high ceilings, sky light, etc! The whole house was absolutely lovely!!! We enjoyed the large pool which we had access to (just a five minute walk) and it's gorgeous surroundings. Tall trees, gorgeous blooming flowers, clean, quiet, and relaxing!!! This year we invited my in-laws to join our family of four! It was perfect! They had their own master bedroom and bath and so did we! Our boys had a great room with bunk beds and large bath. In fact, all three bathrooms are large and well appointed with granite counter tops. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need for a family to function comfortably during a week away from home. We really enjoyed our time at this home and would highly recommend it to anyone! I hope we can return again soon!

This home was gorgeous. The pictures really don't depict how nice it is. All the bathrooms have been updated, the kitchen is well stocked and quite spacious and the living room is very comfortable. It is well maintained and very up to date. I don't think you'd find a 3 bedroom property any nicer. Having a garage was a bonus and there was a hose accessable to rinse off beach items easily. We liked being near the main gate of Sea Pines as we were home just after coming through secuirty. It's an easy drive to the beach and the pool is very nice.

This house is well maintained and on a quiet circle 10 minutes from the beach via bicycle. Guess what - owners have a no pet / no smoking policy and the house is fresh and clean.Three large bedrooms with three nicely appointed baths. The kitchen is large and nicely equipped for vacation - even has a washer and dryer. The LR / DR combination is roomy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Our 7 year old daughter loved the bunkbeds, while our 13 year old daughter loved the Carolina Place Pool, a short 1 minute walk from the house. Walk a little farther (4 minutes) and arrive at the HH Trolley turnaround/stop. Trolley runs regular route to South Beach and Harbour Town. Perfect house for our Hilton Head Island vacation over the 4th of July..

A Fantastic Place to Stay

We had a great experience! The listing was very accurate when it came to the description of this home. I feel the pictures did not really show the real beauty of this home and it was much bigger than the pictures showed. The home was very clean and well-maintained. We did not have one complaint about our stay. The room that had the bunk beds was perfect for our children! They loved it! The owner was also very helpful and quick when it came to any questions that we had. The house is located close to the Sea Pines entrance which was great when it came to traveling outside of Sea Pines to nearby stores. It was also very close to the Lawton Stables, which was nice because the children loved the horse back riding and farm. It had a wonderful pool within walking distance that that our children really enjoyed. A lot of the time there were not many people at the pool, so it was like having our own pool. We had a wonderful experience and have great memories of our vacation here. I would recommend this property! It was perfect!
