Cedar House is an authentic mining house, built in 1850. Carefully renovated, the house is decorated with comfortable sofas and oversized chairs with rustic antique and folk art accents. Beds are thick with comforters and crisp linens. Everything is clean, airy and easy. Cedar House has two wonderful porches -- the open air front porch and the private screened back porch, overlooking Eliza Creek. All of the town's landmarks are walking distance. The beach is 1/2 block away. Lunch and dinner at the delicious Eagle Harbor Inn is just a stroll up the road.
